VPS Support
VPS is a semi-managed service and it basically works very much like a dedicated
server. The difference is that it's allot more affordable as one server
is divided into a number of 'virtual' servers.
As you have root access you're
responsible for managing, installing and configuring services on your VPS.
This includes system config, security, applications, troubleshooting.
It doesn't meant that you're left on your own in case something should go
wrong. We will be happy to provide assistance and advice free of charge.
Note that we can not fully administer your server for you, this is your
responsibility.
