VPS Support

VPS is a semi-managed service and it basically works very much like a dedicated server. The difference is that it's allot more affordable as one server is divided into a number of 'virtual' servers. As you have root access you're responsible for managing, installing and configuring services on your VPS. You're also responsible for anything that may go wrong with the system/software on your VPS.

It doesn't meant that you're left on your own in case something should go wrong that you don't know how to fix. We have a team of skilled system administrators ready to assist you 24/7. This service is available on hourly basis @ a rate of $50.00/h. Should your problem take less than 15minutes to resolve only $25.00 will be charged.

• restart of your VPS, Tomcat, Apache, Mail server or any service in case you're not be able to do it
  yourself at the time, and need someone from our monitoring team to do it urgently for you.

• Troubleshooting any software or applications running on your VPS
• help with installation or configuration of your Databases, JVM, email server, apache, Ruby, anything else you have on.
• installation of any third party software
• Control panel issues

• SSL Certificate Installations (not including cost of the actual certificate)
• Your own DNS server setup
