VPS Memory Requirements

Our VPS system booted with SSHD, crontab and syslog daemon takes only: 5MB total RAM!

Minimum memory required to start & use service on VPS

Example:

Lets say, You have selected our "Starter Java VPS" plan with 384MB RAM.

You want to run: Tomcat 5, Apache Web Server & MySQL database

Calculation: 5MB(system) + 173MB(Tomcat5) + 10MB(Apache) + 27MB(MYSQL) = 215MB RAM

Free RAM left: 169MB RAM

The Free RAM is memory that will be available to your applications to work.
