How can I update my billing information?

What billing cycles do you offer?
You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or yearly (only monthly and quarterly billing cycles available for the Plans 3&4)


How is the billing organized? How do I pay each month?
When you first place your order and pay, your details are stored by the payment gateway and your credit card is automatically charged every month (3 months /1 yr - depending on which billing cycle you chose).
There's no need to process payment all over again each month.


What do I need to do to apply for a 30 day refund?
Drop us an email saying that you want to get your money back and maximum 48h later the full refund will be issued. It takes 3-5 days for the refund to be settled onto your account, so check your balance 5 days after you've received a refund confirmation.
Make sure you include the full name on the credit card that was charged for your purchase and your domain name.


How do I go about canceling my account?
Simply email us on billing@eroute.net and we'll close your account and remove your details from the billing database so you don't get charged again in the future.
You'll then receive an email confirmation that the account has been closed.
Make sure you include the full name on the credit card where the payments were going out from and your domain name.
Also, if you need to make a back up of your files please do it before you email us so that they don't get deleted.
